I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice where I see individuals and couples. Offering support
and encouragement for you to reach life goals that will enhance your overall feelings of peace, joy and
belonging. I provide a safe and nurturing environment that enhances the therapeutic process and
encourages my clients to identify their strengths and embrace positive change.
I received my Masters Degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College. My therapy model is based on Aaron T. Beck’s development
of cognitive behavioral therapy. This approach identifies the distortions in our way of thinking that drives our emotions and behaviors.
By identifying distortions and redefining them we can than choose an emotion that fits the new way of thinking and a behavior
that supports the way we feel.
Treatment is based on the therapist and patient collaborating and testing beliefs. Once, a belief system has been changed it is easier to
change the way we feel about the matter and respond in a different way. My goal is to provide a therapy model that incorporates mind,
body and soul wellness. I am currently accepting new patients and I am credentialed through most major insurance plans. I am
licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Therapy for individuals and couples.
